Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we do! We use a recycled kraft pinstriped box, green and brown tissue paper and tie it all together with a pretty green bow. You can add your own personalized info and we'll include a handwritten card with your message. Not all items are able to be gift-wrapped, however. If a product is already in a box, or is drop-shipped from the manufacturer, it will state on the product page that gift wrapping is unavailable for that item.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we do! They can be found on the Gift Idea page. They come in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200. If you need another denomination, call our customer service phone number and we will get you what you need.
When do your gift certificates expire?
Gift certificates expire one (1) year from date of issue.
Do you send a physical gift certificate?
Yes, we will send a physical gift certificate to the shipping address on the order. You can always use the email confirmation code for immediate gift giving and they can start shopping on our Web site right away.

Is there a physical store I can visit?
Nat & Helens has a booth in the Andersonville Galleria located at 5247 N. Clark Street in Chicago. Please visit the Galleria's website for hours and info.

How do you ship your products?
Nat & Helens ships using FedEx and USPS priority mail, depending on package and destination specifics. If shipping to a P.O. box, USPS priority mail will always be used. If you have a preference as to how you would like your package shipped to you, please write that in the comments section of your order and we will try to accommodate your request. The customer is responsible for any and all customs and duty fees for shipments to Canada

What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is extremely important to us. We don't like spam any more than you do. To that end, we are committed to never sharing your personal information with another party except when needed to fulfill your order.
Is it safe to order online?
We selected PayPal as our payment processor because of their superior commitment to security and their stringent fraud protection technology. All transactions through our site take place on our secure server via Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The contents of your data are encrypted using 128bit encryption technology throughout the checkout and payment process. Your credit card information is only retained long enough to fulfill the order and never stored beyond that.
