What is carbon free shipping, you ask? For every order shipped, Nat & Helens dontates money to Carbonfund.org, a non-profit company, to help support carbon-reducing projects such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, and reforestation projects.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Nat & Helens ships using Fed-Ex and USPS Priority Mail, depending on package weight/size and destination specifics. If shipping to a P.O. Box, USPS Priority Mail will always be used. If you have a preference as how you would like your package shipped to you, please write that in the comments section of your order and we will try to accommodate all requests.

For orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, please contact customer service to place your order and arrange for shipping.

Note: the customer is responsible for any and all customs and duty fees for shipments to Canada.

Return Policy & Procedures

Personal care items (lotions, oils, etc.) are final sale and may not be returned unless they were received damaged. Other items marked "Final Sale" on the item page will not be returnable. All other items, in new (unwashed, unworn) condition, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Returns will be refunded in original form of payment.

Items that were received as a gift may be returned for a merchandise credit. Credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate and will be good for one year.

Shipping and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.

Drop-shipped items will have a $5 restocking fee per item from the manufacturer.

To make a return or exchange from an online order, log into the customer account area and click "request a return/exchange". You will then specify which products you would like to return along with a reason. Nat & Helens will review the RMA request and you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s).

For orders placed in our Chicago store, please consult the return policy on your store or gift receipt for details. Bring your items accompanied with your receipt for return or exchange.
