Shipping Methods & Rates

Nat & Helens has selected FedEx as our shipping partner. We believe FedEx offers the best combination of service, timeliness, and reliability across the board. Currently, Nat & Helens ships orders to the continental United States and Canada directly through our online ordering system.

For shipping rates to Canada, please see chart below and add $5 dollars. 2nd day shipping is not available to Canada. FedEx Ground delivery will be used for all shipments. The customer is responsible for all taxes/duties/fees that may be incurred. Please note that shipping to Canada takes a little longer than shipping to the continental U.S.

For orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, please contact customer service to place your order and arrange for shipping.

What is carbon free shipping, you ask? Your donation ($.50 for ground shipping and $1.00 for 2nd day shipping) will go to Carbonfund.org, a non-profit company that will use it to support carbon-reducing projects such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, and reforestation projects.

Nat & Helens makes it easy to ship carbon free. Simply choose any shipping option marked "+ Carbon Free" and we'll make the donation for you directly to Carbonfund.org.

Return Policy & Procedures

Personal care items (lotions, oils, etc.) are final sale and may not be returned unless they were received damaged. Other items marked "Final Sale" on the item page will not be returnable. All other items, in new (unwashed, unworn) condition, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Returns will be refunded in original form of payment.

Items that were received as a gift may be returned for a merchandise credit. Credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate and will be good for one year.

Shipping and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.

Drop-shipped items will have a $5 restocking fee per item from the manufacturer.

To make a return or exchange, log into the customer account area and click "request a return/exchange". You will then specify which products you would like to return along with a reason. Nat & Helens will review the RMA request and you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s).
